Description:
Flextech’s Pharmafluor suction and delivery hose is a high-quality hose that complies to FDA standards enabling it to meet the requirements for many pharmaceutical, food and corrosive applications. Made from a smooth white glossy, FDA FEP rubber compound liner which is then reinforced with high strength synthetic plies and supported by a steel wire helix. The hose is then covered with a smooth, easy clean, antistatic EPDM, smooth rubber compound that ensures this hose is fire proof as well as resistant to abrasion and weathering.The EPDM surface ahieves almost a 20 Ra rating allowing it be cleaned quickly and easily ensuring that the cleanliness of your operation is enhanced and maintained.
The FEP fluoropolymer liner used in Pharmafluor is extremely smooth preventing almost all material entrapment and bacterial build up. This ensures that the strict sanitary standards required in pharmaceutical, bio-pharmaceutical, food and beverage production are met.
